At Scotsman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
